About this tool
Use tool ↑Split a book into hand-binding signatures with page ranges and blank-page counts.
Count all content sides, including front matter, up to 4,000 pages. One half-folded sheet gives four pages. Set a tested maximum of 1–32 sheets per signature. Balanced mode distributes the minimum sheets across signatures; uniform mode fills every signature. Covers and separate inserts are excluded. This plans ranges; it does not impose or edit PDFs.
