Enter sheets in one nested signature, a unit and the signed total spread creep established from a physical dummy. Sheets are numbered outside to inside. Divide total creep by sheets minus one; each page receives half its sheet’s shift. Negative shifts go toward the spine, positive shifts away.

Frequently asked questions

Does it infer creep from paper weight?

No. Measure and proof it. This follows the InDesign two-up convention: negative creep fixes the outer sheet, positive creep fixes the inner sheet. It does not impose or edit a PDF.
